Buyer Protection

This page explains practical buyer protection guidance and what we recommend to reduce fraud and misunderstandings when buying used auto parts.

Before You Buy

  • Verify OEM/MPN numbers and fitment details (ask for photos of labels/part numbers when possible).
  • Review the listing description for condition notes (damage, wear, missing components).
  • Ask questions in writing so there is a clear record (compatibility, warranty, shipping time).

After You Receive the Item

  • Inspect the part immediately and keep all packaging until you confirm it matches the listing.
  • Document issues with photos/videos (shipping damage, wrong part, missing pieces).

If There Is a Problem

  • Contact us as soon as possible and include the listing URL and evidence (photos/videos).
  • Do not attempt permanent installation or modification before resolution if you plan to request a return/refund.
